Control Union obtains and maintains the highest integrity level through its accreditations by numerous governmental and industrial organizations, ensuring top-level services and certifications.

GlobalG.A.P. standard improves good agricultural practice and assures consumers how food is produced on fields, plantations, and farms. This is achieved by minimizing harmful effects on the environment, reducing the use of chemicals, and ensuring a responsible approach to the workers' health and safety and animal welfare.
GlobalG.A.P. the standard covers the following aspects:

Control Union provides certification services in the following areas:
• IFA (Integrated Farm Assurance Standard) for crops, livestock, and aquaculture production

RSPO is a global initiative for the certification of sustainable palm oil products. RSPO members and participants in its activities come from various backgrounds and activities - companies with their own plantations, manufacturers, financial institutions, palm oil product retailers, and social NGOs from many countries producing or using palm oil products.
Almost half of all packaged food products in the world use palm oil, which classifies it as the most widely consumed food ingredient.
RSPO offers four models:

BRC is a global food safety standard recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
It aims to specify the safety, authenticity, quality, and operational criteria that need to be implemented in an organization for it to meet compliance and consumer protection obligations.
Scope of certification:
• Food production and processing, company brand and private label
• Raw materials or ingredients for further use in food processing, catering, food production
• Primary products such as fruits and vegetables
• Pet food and feed
Control Union provides certification services according to the IFS standard in cooperation with the partner Certima BV, which is accredited by the RVA (the Dutch Accreditation Council).
Domestic food experts, approved by the standard owner, provide evaluation services in the field, allowing for easier communication and process understanding.
The Global Food Safety Initiative, designed to ensure that IFS-certified companies deliver quality and safe products that meet specific customer requirements, recognizes the IFS standard internationally.
Control Union provides certification services according to the IFS standard in cooperation with the partner Certima BV, which is accredited by the RVA (the Dutch Accreditation Council).

UTZ certification program allows farmers to learn better farming methods, improve working conditions and take better care of their children and the environment. Through the UTZ certification program, farmers grow better crops, generate more income and create better opportunities while protecting the environment and securing the country's natural resources.
Labeling your products (coffee, cocoa, tea, and hazelnuts) with a UTZ certificate attracts socially aware customers, traders, and consumers.
Control Union is the official certification body approved by UTZ with many years of experience.
We certify manufacturers and manufacturer groups according to the UTZ code of conduct and/or supply chain members according to the UTZ chain of custody standard. We can also offer this UTZ certificate for goods worldwide.
